Dear all, I am looking to sub-let 1 room in my house from December 20th for short or long term. The room is furnished, have AC for summers and attached western toilets with hot water. There is 24 hr wi-fi and a maid who comes everyday to do the housework and cleaning. The living room opens in to a small garden as the house is on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, utensils, gas etc... To put it in simple words, IT IS READY TO MOVE IN. The metro is walking distance from the house, about 5-7 min walk. The house is in a very peaceful location and has various parks around it.
